Julia Lawrence is an award-winning graphic designer, writer and CONTENT creator who brings design and storytelling together across the internet.
With a community of more than 16,000 followers across platforms, Julia first gained attention through her viral series Redesigning Broadway Musical Merch, where she reimagined the merchandise of some of Broadway’s biggest shows. The series caught the attention of the team behind John Proctor Is the Villain, leading to a collaboration that turned her designs into official merch that sold out multiple times.
Since then, Julia has collaborated with Broadway productions including John Proctor Is the Villain and Maybe Happy Ending, as well as brands and organizations including Audible Theater, TodayTix, Cosmopolitan, and Disney. She is also the host of Stage Door Studios, an interview series where she sits down with theater performers to talk about their careers, creative lives, and everything happening behind the stage door.
When she isn't designing, interviewing Broadway performers, or creating content, Julia is writing a fantasy series and a murder mystery, singing karaoke with friends or playing with her cat Kaz (named after Kaz Brekker, naturally).
